Here are some of the questions you may have regarding towing, recovery or repossessions. If you have a question that is not on this list please free to contact us so that we may address it.
Q: What do I do if my vehicle has been impounded?
A: If your vehicle has been impounded, please contact Ketterle and Sons, Inc. as soon as possible. We are here on duty 24/7 for your convenience. In order to drive your automobile off the lot, you will be required to provide the following information:
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Registration and
Valid Insurance
Q: Can you tow my motorcycle?
A: Yes. We have professional equipment that can safely transport your motorcycle without the fear of damage.
Q: Do you haul large equipment i.e. generators, pumps and construction items?
A: Yes we do this all the time and have professional equipment and trucks that can transport these items in a safe and timely manner.
Q: What if I break down in the middle of the night or on a Holiday? Will you be able to help me?
A: Of course! Ketterle and Sons Inc. is open 24/7 to take calls, assist you with any repossession, recovery or towing you may need!

*Registered owner requirements for picking up impounded vehicles:
(We do not accept signed titles for proof of Ownership)
Valid Drivers License or photo identification
Notarized letter authorizing you to act on behalf of the registered owner of the vehicle
Copy of registered owners valid drivers license or photo identification
Copy of Valid Registration or Title
(We do not accept signed titles as proof of ownership)
Your Valid Drivers license or photo identification

*Court Ordered Impounds:
We offer storage for court ordered impounds. Please contact our office for more information.
CASH ONLY for impounded vehicle pick up. Please call ahead for pricing.
Our Office is closed on holidays and weekends. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
